Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based in Europe or LATAM. Most working hours should fall within 9 am–7 pm CET.

Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Build Flutter modules using the Add-to-App model and connect Dart code with native Android and iOS SDKs.
• Integrate Smart POS payment terminals, receipt printers, and barcode scanners through native hardware APIs.
• Develop POS sales and billing, B2B marketplace, AI companion, banking, and inventory management features.
• Build high-performance interfaces from Figma with large tap targets for fast-paced retail environments.
• Design offline-first local storage and synchronization using SQLite for intermittent connectivity.
• Establish mobile code quality standards, conduct reviews, and ensure reliable, crash-free performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development.
• Experience with Flutter Add-to-App and native Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift development.
• Experience integrating payment terminals, printers, or other external hardware through native SDKs.
• Strong knowledge of state management, REST API integration, and SQLite in mobile applications.
• Experience with Flutter integration tests for hardware-sensitive flows.
• Professional or native English required; Spanish is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills for work on products serving Latin American shop owners.
• Experience with AI-driven mobile features and real-time suggestions.
