TL;DR
Software Engineer (macOS) for CleanMyMac (macOS/iOS, Swift, Objective-C): Maintaining and extending CleanMyMac functionality for millions of users with an accent on macOS/iOS frameworks, system architecture, testing, and product-focused feature development. Focus on researching user issues, fixing critical bugs, building internal tooling, improving release processes, and applying AI-assisted development concepts.
Location: Hybrid work model; work remotely or from the Kyiv hub

What you will do
- Maintain and improve existing CleanMyMac functionality and product quality.
- Research user issues and develop effective fixes.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics to shape and implement new features.
- Fix user-critical bugs and support the Customer Support team.
- Execute release-related processes and improve internal development and support tooling.
- Provide feedback through code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of macOS/iOS development experience with production experience.
- Strong proficiency in Objective-C and Swift.
- Knowledge of AppKit, UIKit, Cocoa, CocoaTouch, SwiftUI, and macOS/iOS system structures.
- Experience with dependency management, architecture patterns, unit testing, and UI testing.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted development concepts, including prompt engineering, LLM operation, context management, cost efficiency, and evaluations.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- Advanced debugging and system design knowledge.
- CI/CD, shell scripting, Azure Pipelines, and GitHub Actions experience.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and agentic loops.
