Senior Flutter Developer (Flutter): Building and evolving reliable mobile applications and core platform components with an accent on Flutter/Dart architecture, performance, maintainability, and testing. Location: Hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do
- Design, develop, and improve core mobile platform components using Flutter and Dart.
- Build and maintain reliable, performant, user-focused mobile applications.
- Contribute to scalable, maintainable, testable application architecture and modernize the existing application portfolio.
- Own complex technical tasks from implementation through production, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Conduct code reviews, address technical debt, and improve engineering standards and development processes.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on planning, estimation, dependencies, risks, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience across Android and/or iOS.
- 3+ years of hands-on commercial Flutter development experience and strong Dart knowledge, including asynchronous programming, Streams, and reactive programming such as RxDart.
- At least one Flutter application released to production through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, application lifecycle, networking, state management, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and WebSockets or socket-based communication.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean code, modular design, maintainability, and testing.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin, Java, and/or Swift.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, or functional testing.
- Experience with large-scale consumer applications or high-traffic products.
- Experience modernizing or migrating existing mobile application architecture.
- Experience contributing to development standards, architecture guidelines, or engineering processes.
