What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and long-term scalability of the macOS application.
• Optimize app performance, stability, and speed through rigorous profiling and debugging.
• Manage deployment across complex environments including MDM and restricted enterprise setups.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration and system reliability.
• Mentor engineering team members and foster technical excellence.
• Handle edge cases involving sandboxing, system permissions, and automated CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and macOS framework development.
• Deep experience in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning for macOS.
• Strong understanding of managed device contexts including MDM, sandboxing, and enterprise security.
• Ability to build and maintain interfaces that integrate reliably with backend services.
• Attention to detail with a focus on product polish and technical architectural integrity.
• Must be located in Germany
