Working Student (HR Business Partnering)

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bayern, Germany, with mobile working available

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for working students, interns, and thesis students throughout their employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, feedback conversations, development activities, and offboarding.
• Work closely with Recruiting, HR Operations, and managers as a trusted sparring partner.
• Contribute to HR Business Partnering projects, including guidelines, initiatives, and workshops.
• Help managers identify support and development needs and create tailored learning and career paths.

Requirements

• Currently studying Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or a comparable subject.
• Good German and English skills are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust with Early Professionals.
• High self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
