HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR business partner for executives and HR managers in the Operations division across the full employee life cycle.
• Support HR strategy and corporate processes covering talent management, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
• Plan and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure efficient HR administration and maintain HR systems through the supervision of an HR generalist.
• Select and negotiate staffing agency contracts, especially for blue-collar recruitment, and coordinate topics with the works council.
• Contribute to regional and global HR projects, including digital personnel files, performance evaluation, and digitization initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, including employee participation matters.
• Very strong knowledge of labor law and experience managing complex HR processes and advising executives.
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar applications.
• Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and assertiveness, with a structured, pragmatic, and reliable working approach.
