Senior People & Culture Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with Heads of and VPs on organisational priorities, team dynamics, capability gaps, and hiring decisions.
• Handle employee relations cases, employment questions, probation conversations, and manager coaching.
• Lead the rollout and execution of the performance cycle and strengthen ongoing feedback and performance conversations.
• Co-own leadership development initiatives, including action learning sets, new manager foundations, and targeted enablement.
• Partner on organisational design, headcount decisions, role scoping, hiring quality, job architecture, and levelling.
• Use AI to automate, simplify, and redesign People & Culture processes and continuously improve ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business partnering experience at the leadership-table level.
• Experience partnering with leaders in complex, fast-changing organisations.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining a healthy performance culture.
• Ability to challenge leaders constructively, provide an independent point of view, and handle difficult conversations.
• Based in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
