Clinical Research Associate Trainee Program (Melbourne)

What you will do

• Complete a full-time trainee program covering clinical trial monitoring.
• Learn and apply ICH-GCP guidelines and Australian ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct supervised site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data completion to support study progress.
• Maintain Trial Master Files and Investigator Site Files accurately and systematically.
• Collaborate with study teams, clinical sites, colleagues, Line Managers, and Quality Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or life-science field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of ICH-GCP and Australian clinical research requirements.
• Full current work rights in Australia are required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, time-management, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Prior clinical research experience, including In-house CRA, CTA, or CRC experience.

Hiring process

• Complete a pre-recorded video interview between 15 and 23 October 2026.
• Attend an in-person assessment interview if selected; assessment-day notifications are expected during the week of 2 November 2026.
• In-person interviews take place at the hirify.global offices during the week of 16 November 2026, with a start date of 1 February 2027.
