What you will do

• Provide clinical guidance and support to Case Managers.
• Develop and implement injury management and return-to-work plans.
• Assess clinical information and collaborate with treating practitioners on recovery outcomes.
• Facilitate case conferences, claims reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coach and support Case Managers in delivering evidence-based injury management.

Requirements

• Qualification in an allied health or health-related discipline, such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
• Experience with injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-work plans.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, treatment pathways, and rehabilitation principles.
• Strong coaching, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support people through recovery.

Nice to have

• Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation.
• Knowledge of injury management legislation and return-to-work frameworks.
• Project improvement or quality assurance experience.
