Occupational Health Supervisor - APAC

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of occupational health professionals.
• Oversee daily occupational health operations, service continuity, and clinical governance.
• Manage workplace health programs, case management, return-to-work planning, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex health and injury cases and coordinate workplace incident and emergency responses.
• Monitor health, safety, quality, and operational metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with EHS, Human Resources, Operations, and site leadership on organisational health objectives.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse registration and licence to practise.
• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, clinical operations, injury management, or case management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing clinical teams, with strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health regulations, professional standards, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification, with the ability to respond to emergencies and manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading quality improvement and workforce health initiatives.
