Onboarding Success Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review customer applications and KYC documentation end-to-end, making accept, escalate, or reject decisions.
• Assess identity documents and IDV results, identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, and risk signals.
• Process KYC, account setup, and onboarding requests accurately within established controls and timelines.
• Handle complex and high-risk cases using CDD, AML, and Enhanced Due Diligence procedures.
• Investigate KYC and IDV failures with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams, driving root-cause resolution.
• Identify recurring onboarding issues and recommend process, control, and SOP improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, AML, customer due diligence, identity verification, or onboarding operations within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or online brokerage.
• Hands-on experience reviewing identity documents and assessing IDV outcomes.
• Experience applying risk-based decisions to onboarding cases, including escalation and approval decisions based on policy and evidence.
• Working knowledge of CDD and AML frameworks for client onboarding and complex cases.
• Strong attention to detail, clear documentation skills, and the ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Must have the right to work and appropriate employment documentation for the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with IDV platforms and KYC/AML systems.
• Exposure to Enhanced Due Diligence or high-risk client onboarding.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other case management and CRM systems.
• Experience writing or updating SOPs and process documentation.
