What you will do

  • Support the AML Compliance Head in maintaining compliance with anti-money laundering rules, regulations, and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program.
  • Create and review KYC and sanctions-screening rules, requirements, processes, and product specifications.
  • Coordinate KYC and sanctions-screening issues with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Implement AML, KYC, and sanctions-screening projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Provide AML-related advice to internal teams and support special projects.
  • Resolve internal and regulatory audit findings in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of issuances from the BSP, AMLC, and other regulators.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to address compliance issues.
