What you will do

  • Monitor regulatory changes and incorporate them into anti-money laundering policies.
  • Conduct gap analyses and implement risk-based enhancements to address policy weaknesses.
  • Ensure alignment with BSP, AMLC, and international AML requirements.
  • Guide internal teams on policy requirements and support AML awareness training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies and maintain records of regulatory and policy updates.
  • Support audits and facilitate policy approval with senior management and the board.

Requirements

  • Experience in AML policy development and review.
  • Ability to analyze regulatory changes and identify compliance gaps.
  • Knowledge of BSP, AMLC, and international AML requirements.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders, senior management, and the board.
  • Ability to work in NCR - WGC, Philippines.
