Application Manager/SME (Snowflake/Power BI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office in Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia), Warsaw, or Łódź, Poland

Rate: Up to 95 PLN/hour net + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle, stability, and continuous improvement of a business-critical data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information.
• Ensure reliable performance, compliance, documentation, and reporting for procurement-related systems.
• Optimize systems, data flows, and processes while increasing automation and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors across the organization.
• Support incident, problem, and change management.
• Lead or contribute to application-related projects and scalable future-state solution design.

Requirements

• Experience in application lifecycle and application management.
• Strong incident, problem, and change management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, data quality, and reporting.
• Background in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst within procurement.
• Technical troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, risk, security, and compliance awareness.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, collaboration, and project management skills; advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DORA or third-party risk management.
• Experience with requirements, process, and prioritization activities.
• Experience automating recurring reporting processes.
• Understanding of procurement or supplier data.
• Continuous improvement mindset and scalable solution design experience.
