What you will do

• Coordinate in-house cleaning services with vendors and monitor service standards across the bank.
• Prepare technical analysis, tender evaluations, and scopes of work for procurement activities.
• Process invoices, approvals, cost allocations, and bank-wide payments to support timely settlement.
• Maintain the centralized telecommunications voice account database for branches and departments.
• Validate bills, reconcile payments, and investigate irregular monthly charges.
• Liaise with Etisalat and internal units to resolve billing disputes and payment ageing issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and PC skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local market.
