Head of Admin & Workplace (GameDev)

Location: Hybrid work across hubs in Dubai, Limassol, Almaty, Belgrade, Yerevan, and Tbilisi

What you will do

• Lead the administrative function and manage the international office and hub network.
• Launch new offices from scratch, including location search, lease negotiations, design, fit-out, renovation, and facilities setup.
• Manage construction, renovation, facilities contractors, tenders, technical supervision, estimates, materials, and delivery timelines.
• Set unified quality, safety, comfort, procurement, budgeting, and contract management standards across company locations.
• Oversee Global Mobility, visa support, legalization, corporate travel, offsites, and local internal events.
• Lead a distributed team of approximately 10 Office Managers, Travel Coordinators, and Global Mobility Specialists, establishing workflows and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading an administrative function or an international office network.
• Hands-on experience launching offices or hubs from scratch in international locations.
• Strong financial and legal expertise covering CapEx and OpEx budgeting, procurement, payment processes, and contracts.
• Experience managing contractors, tender processes, construction, renovation, and quality control.
• Deep understanding of Global Mobility, legalization, relocation, and employee support workflows.
• Fluent Russian and business-conversational English required. Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, GameDev, or a fast-paced product environment.
• Vetted vendor networks or local expertise in Dubai, Serbia, or Kazakhstan.
• Understanding of employer branding and EVP principles.
• Passion for and experience playing video games.
