Client Solutions Associate (FinTech)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; the role includes training clients in their offices and at seminars.

Salary: €44,000–€46,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business and investment processes and provide solutions using financial data and analytics products.
• Support applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Build client relationships with leaders in the financial industry and identify ways to improve research and analysis workflows.
• Plan and lead product training sessions in client offices and at training seminars.
• Gather product feedback and represent client needs to Product Development.

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance and/or fintech and a client-focused mindset.
• Experience or interest in client-facing support, strong relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and use new technology, with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Master’s degree conferred by January 2027.
