What you will do
- Act as the central operational contact for an allocated group of clients.
- Manage incidents, escalate issues, and follow up on client questions through resolution.
- Maintain service-level compliance and strengthen quantitative and qualitative service quality.
- Identify process improvements that create long-term value and reduce operational risk.
- Support operational enhancement projects, new product initiatives, client developments, and conformance testing.
Requirements
- Strong financial background and understanding of direct and indirect client activities.
- Previous experience in client services or a similar operational support role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with project management and progress monitoring.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
