Senior Business System Analyst (ML)

Location: Remote, Serbia; relocation support to Serbia is available.

What you will do

• Identify and elaborate business needs with product managers, support teams, developers, and analysts.
• Work on AI integrations, including a chat interface embedded into everyday ERP workflows.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for complex API integrations and UI functionality.
• Analyze, test, document, and demonstrate new or enhanced product functionality.
• Write functional design specifications and technical requirements, and contribute to the product backlog.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers on debugging, testing, acceptance testing, bug reporting, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in computer systems, information systems, system analysis, computational mathematics, informatics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, software design, and functional specification development.
• 10+ years of experience in the business software development industry.
• Knowledge of software design principles, software engineering processes, and software product lifecycles.
• Strong technical writing, communication, systems thinking, information structuring, decomposition, and impact analysis skills.
• Professional English is mandatory. Russian is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software developer, programming analyst, or in another coding-related role.
• Business analysis experience with complex ERP-like products and continuously maintained software.
• C#/.NET experience.
• Experience with microservices or cloud service integrations.
