Senior Business Analyst

Location: Brazil; remote home office

What you will do

• Analyze business and technical requirements and validate solutions for complex international use cases.
• Develop technical specifications, domain and solution models, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and event models.
• Lead technical hand-off sessions and provide functional guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Designers, and Software Engineers on DomOs applications and services.
• Perform acceptance testing and troubleshoot application, data, and service issues using log files.
• Analyze store configurations and data to support system migration tools and approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or Computer, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of applicable IT experience on large-scale application initiatives.
• Working knowledge of RESTful API concepts and hands-on experience with JSON files.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues independently by reviewing log files.
• Working knowledge of databases, operating systems, and at least one programming language.
• Experience working with web-based application development teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with C# and familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman.
• Technical knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, UML, and Splunk.
• Practical experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
