Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role in Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An Province, Vietnam, near Ho Chi Minh City

What you will do

• Lead business process and digital solution activities for MES, APS, and WMS design, implementation, and site rollout projects.
• Translate manufacturing and supply chain objectives into business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, and development documentation.
• Coordinate testing, regression testing, defect resolution, patches, upgrades, and production readiness for MES and related systems.
• Prepare training plans and materials, deliver user training, and support end users across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, deliverables, vendors, site stakeholders, global IT, and external implementation partners.
• Support integrations with ERP and third-party systems covering manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, inventory, and transportation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
• At least 5 years of hands-on business analysis experience with MES or WMS in manufacturing, warehousing, apparel, or industrial environments, including 0-to-1 or full-lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with WMS/MES integration to Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP S/4HANA, plus basic understanding of ERP shipping modules.
• Experience coordinating multi-site software rollouts, vendor schedules, and cross-functional project deliverables.
• Fluent or proficient English, written and spoken, is required for workshops and coordination with global stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong manufacturing, supply chain planning, production scheduling, analytical, troubleshooting, training, and stakeholder leadership skills; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Apparel or printing industry manufacturing experience and Oracle ERP EBS/Fusion experience.
• Standard costing knowledge.
