Litigation Attorney (Legal AI): Supporting the development and evaluation of advanced legal AI systems through litigation research, issue spotting, legal analysis, writing, and argument development with an accent on civil procedure and legal judgment. Focus on reviewing AI-generated legal responses, designing evaluation criteria, and providing actionable feedback to improve legal AI workflows.
Location: Remote, U.S.; U.S. licensure required

What you will do
- Perform litigation-focused legal research, issue spotting, analysis, and argument development.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, reasoning, and legal judgment.
- Develop evaluation criteria and actionable feedback to improve AI performance.
- Collaborate with research and product teams on legal AI workflows and guidelines.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school; J.D. only.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Current litigation practice experience.
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback.
Nice to have
- Federal or state judicial clerkship experience.
- Law school teaching or lecturing experience.
- Law review or law journal experience.
- Experience with AI, legal technology, or legal training projects.
