What you will do
- Assess alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems.
- Compare customer activity with customer profiles and identify suspicious patterns.
- Analyze potential fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing activity.
- Escalate ML/TF concerns to financial crime investigators.
- Support process updates, knowledge sharing, and training while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Experience in transaction monitoring or financial crime investigations, preferably in the financial sector.
- Understanding of financial crime red flags, criminal typologies, and emerging trends.
- Ability to investigate activity, reach logical conclusions, and clearly document findings.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- High personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality and privacy principles.
