Product Data Analyst (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid setup with 3 days per week at the office

hirify.global develops voice and multi-channel AI agents for banks, initially focused on respectful and personalized debt collection.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the KPIs used across the business.
• Build data models and dashboards from call, debt, and payment data.
• Automate invoicing pipelines for banks and multiple currencies.
• Design and analyze experiments measuring recovery improvements.
• Investigate anomalous metrics, identify root causes, and resolve issues at the source.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and experience building business-critical metrics and models.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• STEM degree and a rigorous, highly analytical approach.
• Strong ownership of outcomes and attention to data quality.
• Ability to use AI for automation while maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London, with 3 days per week at the office.

Nice to have

• Collections or fintech experience is not required; domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
