Senior Product Intelligence Partner (AI)

Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka; candidates can be located in the UK, Sweden, or Sri Lanka. Hybrid work opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Platform leadership teams on execution health, delivery effectiveness, product quality, and organizational performance.
• Build frameworks for analyzing software engineering execution, delivery performance, developer experience, organizational effectiveness, and quality.
• Identify risks, trends, opportunities, and systemic causes by combining quantitative data with qualitative context.
• Help leadership teams define improvement initiatives, success measures, and outcome indicators, then track effectiveness over time.
• Shape the Product Intelligence platform through structured feedback, reusable intelligence products, dashboards, narratives, and self-service capabilities.
• Use AI for pattern detection, anomaly identification, natural-language summaries, knowledge discovery, and proactive recommendations with validated and explainable outputs.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, product development, engineering operations, product operations, consulting, analytics, or related leadership roles.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycles, and organizational effectiveness.
• Deep knowledge of DORA, SPACE, flow metrics, developer experience, and the appropriate use of metrics as signals rather than targets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Experience driving operational improvements, continuous improvement, and organizational change through influence rather than direct authority.
