Senior Analyst, Sales Insights (Fintech)

What you will do

• Create automated sales pipeline dashboards and visualisations for product sales performance.
• Analyse lead sources, campaigns, product funnels, and conversion performance to identify growth opportunities and blockers.
• Partner with SMB sales teams and leaders across the Americas, Software, and Genius business lines to deliver actionable insights.
• Deliver product sales insights for launches, regional performance, and short-term forecasting alignment with Finance.
• Govern global sales KPI definitions and adoption, and consolidate executive MBR and QBR reporting.
• Drive reporting automation and establish regular insight cadences using tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in MI or sales performance analysis.
• Ability to create clear, meaningful dashboards and provide value-adding commentary.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Salesforce; confidence with Excel and Google products, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Data Studio.
• Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-financial and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with statistical modelling, regression models, decision trees, or machine learning models.
• Experience with BI tools such as Oracle Hyperion or purpose-built reporting cubes.
• Background in acquiring, fintech, or software industries.
• Programming experience with HTML, Python, or SQL.
