Back Office Specialist (Telecom)

Location: Bulgaria; remote position

hirify.global provides SMS and Voice services supported by internal configuration and operational platforms.

What you will do

• Configure and update pricing, routing, rate plans, client products, and service settings across internal platforms.
• Check configurations to ensure accurate service setup and billing.
• Handle, prioritize, and complete operational requests within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to clarify requests and resolve issues.
• Document tasks, follow internal procedures, and escalate complex or critical cases.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive or detailed tasks.
• Practical Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data entry, tables, and basic spreadsheet functions.
• Ability to learn new platforms, systems, and technical processes quickly.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tasks, follow step-by-step instructions, and communicate clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom, back-office, or operational support.
• Experience with service configuration platforms, databases, or other technical systems.
