EHS Specialist (Mat Cover)

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve health, safety and environmental standards across the site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, then monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement H&S and environmental standards in line with national legislation and corporate requirements.
• Deliver initial health and safety training, including general employee induction, and manage personal protective equipment.
• Maintain environmental and waste-management documentation, including waste records in the BDO system.
• Work with supervisory authorities and external institutions while supporting safety, ergonomics and process-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• University degree or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Professional experience in an occupational health and safety service; manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Practical knowledge of health and safety and environmental protection legislation.
• Knowledge of the BDO system for maintaining waste records.
• Very good command of Polish and English required.
• Strong communication, change management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with reliability, independence and attention to detail.
