Social Media Content Creator (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own creative production for organic social channels, from ideation and filming to editing and publishing.
• Develop original concepts by monitoring social platforms, creators, competitors, trends, and internet culture.
• Create reactive TikToks, Reels, UGC-style assets, polished partnership content, and brand activation videos.
• Build recurring social formats and adapt shoots for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Use performance insights to improve future creative and support paid social production.
• Appear on camera when needed and direct talent, creators, presenters, and other participants.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end social content creation experience with a strong portfolio.
• Confident self-shooting with mirrorless and cinema cameras, lenses, lighting, clean audio, and mobile devices.
• Strong editing and finishing skills with Premiere Pro and After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific hooks, formats, pacing, trends, sound, captions, colour, and motion graphics.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends at matchdays, gigs, and brand activations.
• Ability to work within regulated gambling requirements, including restrictions against glamorising gambling and using people who appear under 25 in significant roles.

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling, alcohol, financial services, or another regulated industry, with knowledge of ASA/CAP rules.
• Experience with sports, live entertainment, creators, influencers, and on-camera direction.
• Experience managing freelance crews, equipment hire, small production budgets, or stills photography.
• Full UK driving licence.
