Senior Digital Commerce Strategist (Dutch or Danish speaking)

Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Copenhagen, with 2–3 days per week from the office depending on location.

What you will do

• Lead digital commerce strategies that help global brands grow and transform.
• Define commerce direction through user research, insight synthesis, and strategic frameworks.
• Design and facilitate workshops that create clarity for clients and project teams.
• Own the strategic narrative from client challenge through solution development.
• Translate business goals into commerce visions, roadmaps, backlogs, and strategic briefs.
• Collaborate with creatives, developers, and other disciplines to embed strategy into deliverables such as UX/UI experience briefs.

Requirements

• Agency or consultancy experience with the ability to lead from the middle.
• Experience owning client relationships and guiding project teams.
• Strong understanding of commerce, including owned platforms, products, brand experiences, distributed commerce channels, and emerging technology.
• Ability to connect research to opportunities and opportunities to measurable outcomes.
• Working proficiency in English and either Dutch or Danish.
• Collaborative, adaptable communication style and confidence simplifying complex topics.
