Senior Fullstack (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States

Base pay: $170,500–$231,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and executing strategic opportunities.
• Lead significant technology initiatives end to end, including horizontal architectural layers.
• Design and implement durable, scalable, secure, and high-availability software solutions.
• Build AI-native applications and assess the applicability, accuracy, and limitations of AI technologies.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute across ownership boundaries, mentor engineers, and drive delivery in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
• 4+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full-stack experience with React, Angular, or SwiftUI, and Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express.
• Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, or Python.
• Experience building AI-native applications for at least one year and working with AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus strong analytical, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
