Premier Brokerage Associate

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States. Monday-Friday schedules vary by time zone: Eastern Time 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Central Time 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., or Mountain Time 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $50,300–$69,125 per year.

What you will do

• Provide personalized service and support to retail brokerage customers through inbound telephone interactions.
• Assist clients with trading equities, ETFs, mutual funds, options, and fixed income securities.
• Handle account opening, asset movement, trade facilitation, and maintenance requests across retail products.
• Explain brokerage concepts clearly, provide accurate information, take ownership of requests, and conduct proactive follow-up.
• Apply knowledge of corporate actions, exchange rules, suitability, tax implications, and other brokerage transaction requirements.
• Identify leads and refer opportunities to the Retirement Advisor Team.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• FINRA fingerprinting.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume inbound call center.
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options.
• U.S. work authorization required; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
• Availability for the designated Monday-Friday schedule based on the applicable U.S. time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail, IRA, or 401(k) customer service, brokerage, or mutual fund trading.
• Knowledge of financial markets and retirement account operations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong technology, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Prior remote work experience.
