Principal Insights Analyst (Teamfight Tactics)

What you will do

• Lead the AXE Insights pod supporting Teamfight Tactics monetization, acquisition, expression, and events.
• Own the Insights roadmap and coordinate work between the Los Angeles and Singapore teams.
• Partner with product leaders to develop a sustainable, player-focused revenue and events strategy.
• Identify revenue opportunities, analyze monetizer segments and product performance, and guide experimentation.
• Mentor junior Insights members, establish craft standards, and create effective team systems and processes.
• Collaborate with TFT Insights leaders and Riot’s data organization to deliver accurate reports and data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in research, analytics, data-driven strategy, or a related field.
• Experience synthesizing and communicating results into impactful recommendations for product leadership.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, multi-team environment.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Teamfight Tactics or other auto battler games.
• Experience with live-service games and monetization, including pricing strategy, in-game economies, and revenue optimization.
