Senior Mobile Software Engineer (AI)

Commitment: Approximately 15 hours per week

What you will do

• Create challenging mobile coding tasks covering debugging, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• Build reproducible environments for testing AI-generated solutions.
• Develop deterministic verifiers and reference implementations to assess solution correctness.
• Design problems involving application state, lifecycle management, and asynchronous programming.
• Ensure tasks meet project quality and evaluation standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience with at least one mobile development track: React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Flutter with Dart, Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or Android Views.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and application lifecycle.
• Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience optimizing mobile application performance.
• Ability to create reliable tests and reference implementations.
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week and readiness to start within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
