Quantitative Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build data pipelines and the data layer.
• Develop computational frameworks and infrastructure for running quantitative strategies at scale.
• Implement and enhance software systems supporting data, research, portfolio construction, and trading.
• Partner hands-on with researchers and quants to turn ideas into robust production solutions.
• Build and integrate AI-powered tooling, including LLM agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools to improve software delivery.

Requirements

• Technical or quantitative degree from a top-tier institution.
• 3–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Programming experience in Python or C++ on Linux or Unix platforms, with familiarity with scripting languages.
• Experience with version control and continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, attention to detail, and collaborative skills.
• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and agentic AI is beneficial; finance experience is not required.
