Cloud Security Engineer

Salary: €87,800–€131,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Design, architect, and implement security controls and frameworks for PlayStation infrastructure.
• Detect security gaps and lead the improvement of security tooling and operational processes.
• Define requirements and implement cloud security applications and controls with product and platform teams.
• Build DevSecOps automation integrated with code builds, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Develop multi-cloud automation for auditing, securing, and changing cloud environments.
• Document security designs and procedures, review policies, mentor engineers, and promote security and privacy best practices.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience securing infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or both.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance concepts such as NIST or PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Python and Go.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience building enterprise-scale systems and coaching engineers, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wiz and AI tooling such as Codex.
• Security certifications such as Security+, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP.
