Senior Cloud Security Engineer (AI)

Base pay: €87,800–€131,800 EUR per year

What you will do

• Design, architect, and implement security controls and frameworks for hirify.global infrastructure.
• Detect security gaps and lead the improvement of security tooling and operational processes.
• Define requirements and implement cloud security applications and controls with product and platform teams.
• Build automation that integrates security processes into code builds, deployments, and multi-cloud environments.
• Document security designs, procedures, policies, and technical recommendations.
• Mentor engineers and promote security and privacy best practices across engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in cloud security, security engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience securing infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or both.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance concepts such as NIST or PCI DSS.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Python and Go.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience building enterprise-level systems, using tools such as Wiz and AI tooling such as Codex, and coaching engineers.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as Security+, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP.
