Artificial Intelligence Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Architect end-to-end AI-augmented content development workflows and pipelines.
• Design and maintain a version-controlled enterprise prompt library and establish prompt engineering standards.
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI-powered tools into the learning and development technology stack.
• Establish governance for AI-generated content, including accuracy, bias detection, accessibility, quality, and brand standards.
• Develop AI-to-LMS integration standards using SCORM, xAPI, and LTI, and design measurement frameworks for time, quality, and cost.
• Partner with Learning and Development, Enterprise IT, Information Security, and AI Governance teams while leading proof-of-concept initiatives and internal AI capability programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in learning technology or instructional design and 2+ years applying AI or machine learning.
• Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM-based content generation.
• Knowledge of SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, LTI, and LMS/LXP platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, web-based content development, governance frameworks, and digital content quality rubrics.
• Must have United States work authorization without current or future Toyota immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Financial Services industry experience.
• Articulate Storyline or Rise and Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
• Knowledge of OECD or NIST AI RMF governance frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development environments.
• Agile or Scrum experience in Learning and Development or product development.
