Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do
- Own quality standards, calibration, consistency, and on-time delivery across all data operations.
- Design quality review structures organized by language and region.
- Audit quality across languages using native-speaker deliverables and cross-language gold sets.
- Plan capacity for production ramps and manage contingent workforce sourcing across multiple countries.
- Build and maintain dashboards covering quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in operations, including 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience running quality operations for large contingent workforce networks across multiple countries.
- Experience owning quality at scale across calibration, capacity planning, and spend efficiency.
- Experience building quality systems from tooling through large-scale contingent workforce sourcing.
- Must be located in the United States.

- Experience with speech, audio, or linguistic data.
