Manager, Anti-Cheat Engineering (Embedded Vanguard) - Central Technology, Anti-Cheat

What you will do

• Lead the team developing and evolving Vanguard anti-cheat services for mobile platforms.
• Set direction and drive anti-cheat capabilities from initial ambiguity through production deployment across mobile and console environments.
• Translate emerging cheat techniques into resilient detections, mitigations, and preventative controls.
• Balance immediate threat response with proactive investments that eliminate abuse vectors and anticipate adversaries.
• Partner with game teams to understand security needs, promote secure coding practices, and integrate Anti-Cheat capabilities.
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and team growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience.
• Deep technical understanding of Android and/or iOS platforms and their security models.
• Experience building and deploying native mobile C/C++ SDKs and/or frameworks.
• Ability to guide architecture, technical decisions, complex debugging, and security investigations.
• Knowledge of mobile cheat techniques and the ability to analyze emerging threats.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android SDK/NDK, Xcode, or LLVM.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS executable formats, reverse engineering, or binary exploitation.
• Experience with Frida, IDA Pro, Radare2, or similar mobile reverse-engineering tools.
• Experience developing for Xbox Series X|S or PlayStation 5.
• Experience with macOS platform security features.
