Planning and Fulfilment Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland; almost daily presence is required in the office or warehouse.

What you will do

• Place purchase orders for equipment and materials.
• Coordinate shipments, transportation, and delivery activities across the logistics chain.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, delays, and customer updates.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses.
• Support warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and visit local facilities to coordinate deliveries.
• Identify process improvements and ensure logistics procedures are followed through final delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, order management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and identify required actions proactively.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish.
