Senior SCM Manager

What you will do

• Own and develop the Nordic supply chain operational model.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Improve delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and service reliability.
• Lead corrective actions for service failures and manage warehouse and transportation cost development.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives, contract negotiations, tenders, and RFQ processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a five-person supply chain and customer service team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Several years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation processes and cost structures.
• Experience with logistics contracts, negotiations, tenders, or RFQs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Nordic languages.
