Energy Engineering Intern (Energy Efficiency)

Location: On-site in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 27/hour

What you will do

• Provide junior engineering and analysis support for demand-side management programs.
• Collect and analyze primary and secondary data and conduct project research.
• Perform evaluation, measurement, and verification activities for installed energy efficiency measures.
• Contribute to technical reports, results, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Support senior staff with report and presentation development.

Requirements

• Be a current student in a post-secondary STEAM or business program in Canada.
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person granted refugee status in Canada.
• Be legally entitled to work under the applicable provincial legislation and regulations.
• Demonstrate an interest in sustainability and environmental impact.
• Have strong writing, communication, computer, and task-management skills.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Education or experience in energy efficiency.
