Project Manager (Capital Projects)

Location: United States; based within the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones, with the ability to commute to hirify.global facilities in the region and travel approximately 40% of the time. Proximity to Wilmington, Delaware, or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is preferred for collaboration.

Annual pay range: $126,067–$196,980, plus a 14% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex, and small capital projects from front-end loading through start-up across hirify.global sites.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, resources, deliverables, and change control within approved budgets.
• Lead project estimates, funding requests, integrated schedules, scopes of work, and production design bases.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, document management, and contractor oversight.
• Build project teams, align stakeholders, define responsibilities, and maintain effective project communications.
• Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving sessions while ensuring design standards and project processes are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of capital project management experience, including projects valued at $1M–$20M.
• At least 3 years of experience in a chemical plant environment and 2 years of field construction or contract management experience.
• Experience working with engineering and design contractors, project scheduling software, and smart engineering/design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, lead by influence, build teams, communicate effectively, and execute smaller projects with limited support.
• Must be based in the Central or Eastern US time zones and able to commute to regional facilities; approximately 40% travel is required.
