Project Controls Senior Manager (Biotechnology)

Location: New Albany, Ohio, United States; local onsite work required

Salary: $143,098.35–$193,603.65 annually

What you will do

• Manage project controls from funding through closeout across a portfolio of capital projects.
• Forecast and track costs, schedules, estimates, risks, cash flow, and capitalized overhead.
• Develop conceptual estimates, schedules, project strategies, financing approaches, and subcontractor pricing strategies.
• Review bids, buyouts, change orders, invoices, contractor progress, delay claims, and cost forecasts.
• Prepare monthly cost and project status reports for site and corporate senior management.
• Lead and develop cost managers and schedulers while supporting project controls digital transformation.

Requirements

• Local onsite presence in New Albany, Ohio is required.
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate degree with 10 years, bachelor's degree with 6 years, master's degree with 4 years, or doctorate with 2 years of engineering and capital project delivery experience.
• Experience in capital project delivery, including estimating, cost control, scheduling, compliance, and contract strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience leading project controls teams and working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience with earned value management, cost and scheduling software, Power BI, BIM integration, procurement methods, and contracts.

Nice to have

• Eight or more years of engineering or construction experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
