IT Service Manager (Privileged Access Management)

Location: Lisbon and Amadora, Portugal; hybrid remote/office work

What you will do

• Manage Microsoft, security, cybersecurity, and privileged access management services and processes.
• Plan project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines with IT leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on services, tooling, and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-project initiatives with Digital Workplace and Endpoint teams.
• Partner with IAM Operations to improve support processes.
• Resolve complex issues in the global Microsoft tenant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Business Administration field.
• Proven experience with enterprise security processes and best practices.
• Experience with industry-leading PAM technologies, standard PAM processes, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Entra, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with enterprise DNS and DHCP technologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
