IT Service Manager - Trust Center (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work in Portugal, Lisboa/Amadora, combining remote and on-site work

What you will do

• Collaborate with Microsoft, security, cybersecurity, and Trust Center service providers.
• Plan project scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines with IT leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on services, tooling, and processes.
• Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
• Work with Digital Workplace, Endpoint, and IAM Operations teams to improve services and support.
• Manage complex issues in the global Microsoft tenant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Business Administration field.
• Proven experience with enterprise security processes and best practices.
• Experience publishing and distributing corporate certificates.
• Familiarity with Trust Center technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Entra, and M365, plus experience with enterprise DNS and DHCP.
• Strong communication skills; ITIL certification is preferred but not required.
