Treasury Management Service Specialist I

Location: Tupelo, Mississippi, United States; office workplace. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, maintenance, testing, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate ACH files in CSV and NACHA formats, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders, and transmissions.
• Provide first-level support for treasury platforms and resolve routine onboarding, maintenance, servicing, payment, file, and entitlement issues.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms, payment workflows, and fraud-prevention tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes while partnering with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product teams.
• Identify and escalate non-standard requests, complex issues, operational risks, and higher-risk client matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to follow banking policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, KYC/AML controls, entitlement controls, segregation of duties, and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and customer-focused service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Business Banking or Commercial Banking clients.
• Familiarity with NACHA file formats and basic fraud-prevention tools.
• Experience with ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking platforms.
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives in a growing specialty business.
