TL;DR
Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager (MRP/ERP): Leading multi-site production planning, material availability, and ERP/MRP optimization for quantum networking and security manufacturing with an accent on SIOP, inventory policy, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on standardizing planning processes across sites, developing supply-risk mitigation scenarios, leading planning-system changes, and managing demand planning and warehouse specialists.

Location: Manufacturing Site in Geneva, Switzerland; hybrid work. Travel: 40% domestic and international.

What you will do

  • Lead demand and supply planning across multiple manufacturing sites and division programs.
  • Translate validated sales forecasts into capacity and material plans in partnership with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Identify supply gaps, inventory risks, supplier constraints, and shortages, then develop mitigation scenarios for senior operations leadership.
  • Define inventory targets and monitor supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turns, and lead times.
  • Lead and develop distributed demand-planning and warehouse teams while standardizing processes, tools, and operating practices across sites.
  • Own MRP/ERP planning capabilities, data quality, system improvements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience focused on demand and supply planning in manufacturing.
  • Experience working across multiple sites and 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and statistical data-handling abilities, and knowledge of finance and costing concepts.
  • Hands-on expertise with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluent French and English, written and spoken, required.

  • Experience in the electronics industry.
