Video Producer

Location: Remote, but based in the Bay Area is required; hands-on, on-set role in San Francisco

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own production logistics from approved scope through pre-production, shoot, and wrap.
• Build and manage budgets, track actuals, and flag overages early.
• Book and coordinate crews, talent, locations, equipment, rentals, and vendors.
• Manage casting, talent agreements, releases, permits, insurance certificates, and location agreements.
• Prepare and maintain call sheets, shooting schedules, and run-of-show documents.
• Run shoot days, keep crew and talent on schedule, and resolve issues on set.

Requirements

• Based in the Bay Area.
• 3+ years of production or line producing experience at a production company, agency, studio, or in-house creative team.
• Strong experience managing production budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Experience booking crews, casts, locations, vendors, and rentals.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and ownership.
• Ability to remain calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience producing for technology startups or working directly with founders.
• Existing relationships with crews, vendors, and talent in San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles.
• Familiarity with Monday, Frame.io, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
